I have a persistent oil leak on the TZD, I replaced the rocker cover gasket and believed the leak to be coming from the Head gasket, investigation has revealed that there is lots of oil in the intercooler, I am used to there always being some oil in the inlet tract but this is to me excessive (I am topping up between changes) My oil leak is from the inlet manifold! I think the turbo is leaking into the compressor side, anyone had anything similar[?]

Hi Stewart,
Yes, I have a similar problem with my Garrett turbo, although not as bad as yours.It drips from the lowest inlet manifold bolt.
I have another turbo, a KKK that I have dismantled, cleaned and re assembled, ready to fit when the weather gets better.
Hoping this will be better.
