Suspension either high or low

Post by captain scarlet »

Hello, It is me again I know this information is probably in here sonwhere but I am not good at finding things on the internet.
I have fiited a new rear roll bar clamp onto my xantia estate, the bit that attaches to the plastic clip because the clamp had broken. Now however the car is either fully up or all the way down. Have I done something wrong?

Firstly make sure that the height adjusting lever is set in the 'normal' position. You then need to release the clamp on the anti roll bar and the bolt securing the clamp on the height adjusting rod just before it connects to the height corrector.
Its then a case of measuring/adjusting the height of the car by moving the height adjuster manually under the car until the correct height is obtained, then tightening up the two bolts.

I will give that a try. Have to be tomorow now , lost the light.
Thanks for your help.
New to this site and Citroens but so far impressed with both. The suspension thing is a little daunting but I am gradually starting to sort of understand it!!
