Xantia ride height

My 2.1 Xantia runs on 205/55x15's and I've thought for a while that the ride height was a shade lower than it should be. I measured the rear end this morning and it's 413mm from the ground. Haynes says it's a dealer job, but is it? Anybody tried adjustment?

Its not too difficult, basically undo the clamp on the roll bar and the height adjusting rods then move the height corrector arm to get the car to the correct height and retighten.
Obviously make sure the car is correctly supported on ramps.
After getting the car onto the ramps it should take no more than 15 minutes.
