Xantia front brakes - special operation

Hi to all,
On some xantia models, at low engines speeds, there is a humming/vibrating noise. This noise seems to com from the brake calipers.
I heard that there is a citroen "special operation" - consisting of the placement of some elements on the calipers that are not originally fitted with the car.
Has anybody ever gone through such a process?

this is lightly to be the anti rattle springs, however i will check my info and come back to you...

Looks like I cant help here all the info I have is on service procedures and electrical systems...
