My drivers window has a click when it reaches max open/closed position .I assume this is to do with the 'one touch' fully open/closed operation.

We get it also on one of the BXs. I've singled it down to the relay that is operating on the window so now the job is to find if it's the relay contacts sticking or the switch.
In our case, if it is left go, it will do an od click at a reasonably consistent time and when you try to wind the window down it often won't go until you wait for a while which suggest to me it either jams the window or there's a circuit breaker involved.
However, when we wind the window up using the auto to the top switch it will do it every time until we have to just flick the down switch whereupon it doesn't make the noise. The switch is my prime suspect.
