Utter utter rubish unless you know they cover what you want, and I can tell you they dont cover the 2.1 diesel.
The real ones are a few grand I hired 6 hour on the system a few weeks ago and it was a compleate waste of money.

Hi Rostami and welcome to the forum [:D].
The lasertec site is at http://lasertec.citroen.com/default.asp, you need to register and there are no samples on the site for you to judge whether to buy or not. Activa seems to be pretty sure there not much good and at ?107 including tax just for the CD not cheap. When I was investigating this before there was also a charge for unlocking the sections you wanted.
If you search this forum for manuals or electronic manuals you will find loads of threads about this, especially for the Xantia as the Haynes one is not very good, If you own an early one with the XUD engine (ah I see you have an HDI whats it like?), then a BX manual and also the PSA Diesel manual are some help (both of those are Haynes). I have official paper manuals for the CX which are comprehensive, give loads of info about testing, making tools etc etc but I gather that the official manuals are now all electronic and mega money.
Its interesting how as our cars get more complex, companies like Haynes are using the "Use a a specialist dealer" more and more, yet garage costs are rising, judging by this forum there are still large numbers of us out there who for various reasons (Cost, crap service, or just wanting to do it for the hell of it) are still doing our own maintenance and repairs, but as the information gets more vital it becomes less available......
The other possibility may be the Microfiches that the dealers use to find parts, they don't give any "how to " info but they do have good exploded diagrams, so you can work out how things come to bits, but I've never seen any prices and of course you need a Microfiche reader, about ?50 - ?85 off e-bay

Hi Activa, mail not arrived yet, I had some problems contacting Tom the other week through the forum, try sending the message direct rather than through the forum, it was the only way I managed to get hold of Tom, PS Jon am I doing something wrong with the e-mail?
