Climate Control Dash Removal

How the monkeys do you get the climate control dash bit out of a 406 GLX? I took radio out, removed 2 torx screws from under c/c dash, but still seems dead set on staying put [:(!]
Anyone had this out before, cos I need to change a few bulbs! Any help would be fab.....

Isnt there a couple of screws at the top as well? hidden behind the switches & blanking plate?
