Citroen Recalls

I have a 2.0 16v VSX Xantia , 1996 N Reg, have there been any recalls that affect this model and if so how would I find out if my car has been dealt with?

Have a look here for any recalls, Only one recall listed for the Xantia.

To find out if your car has or hasnt had a recall done, Pop in the local Citroen dealer with the VIN number & ask at the service dept.

As normal, The AA managed to miss 3 other recalls, Im glad im not a member of that shower of ( Insert rude word here! ) lol

Those pages are not accurate.
I know at least one recall that is not mentioned: There has been one recall for the Xantia 2.0HDi for screwing tight the injectors.
Sometimes recalls are kept in secret...

you'd be berst ringing Citroen, they can use the chassis no & tell you what recalls (if any) are on that model & if they have been done.
Did this on mothers Xantia, & it had a outstanding cambelt change for some reason, I forget now, so we booked it in & it was done, for free, buy citroen.
