54 Laguna sport tourer blower fans stay on!!

Had this car 2 months from brand new, went to start this morning and battery is dead. Found out that the blower fans do not switch off when i remove the key card, and yes theyre supposed to do. Also had to replace a faulty headlamp after 3 weeks. Things not looking good for this french outfit, should have opted for the vw.
