electric windows

Hi!!! on the xantia td 95 model has this model got the wires form the loom to fit elec windows and central locking or is it more trouble than its worth? thanx paul.[^]

Don't know about a 95 bog standard version, but my 97 LX which is just up from bog standard had the wiring there for electric rear windows, so I bunged'em in.
Whip a door card off and have a gander, or look at the cable grommit going from body to door, if you can feel a bunch of cables going through it then its likely that its pre-wired for the gizmos.

Its cheaper to manufacture all the same components for car manufacture, so your car should be pre wired, thats why you see wire ending in some weird places e.g. under the seats because the loom is made to fit all cars.
