405 Ignition timing

405 Ignition timing

Hi all
Can anyone offer advice on how a 405 1.9 8 valve should be timined (ignition)
I heard it needs to be done through a window in the bell housing but mine covered with pipes and cables.

thats right, youll have to try and move the pipes/wires abit and struggle basiclly[:(]
