Hi
First do you have discs or drums on the back?

Aint it the same as the ZX and Xsara? The adjuster nut is inside the car by the handbreake lever. You'll havr to remove sone cener trim or the rear ash tray. It's a 10mm or 13mm spanner job to turn.

remove the rear ashtray in the centre, theres 2 screws going into floorpan, undo them and the centre console will lift, fold the piece of carpet back to reveal a 13mm nut on the cable holder, voila.

Wouldn't it be a good idea before adjusting the cable to first check that the handbrake mechanism hasn't seized in the callipers ( If its discs ) Or the automatic adjusters was working correctly ( If its drums )
