unknown plug

today when i was walking back to my car, i noticed a lead with a borwn plau on the end hanging out from under the drivers side of the front bumper, does anyone know what this could be, i looked and theres nothing under there for it to plug into..... its a 1994 diesel 306

Do you have spotlights on the front? Maybe the wire there but no light on a higher model....

if its a two pin multi plug i would say spot/fog lights aswell
