Having to sell the BX :-(

Post by jonathan_dyane »

Sad but true. Just about got the thing right, and I'm having to sell it[:(]
I've just started a new job which requires business insurance, and the current insurers won't have it, which has forced me to close that policy and start a new one. I cannot afford (nor justify) this large lump, and so have decided to run a temporary Dyane until I have finished the GS, when I intended to sell the BX anyway.
It's still a bugger though, and fairly disappointing...

Before you sell it, get yourself a quote from directline.com as their standard car insurance policies cover business use at no extra cost, might be worth a try

I'm using mine for government business!!!
I went through Budget, and got business cover no problem, on a 15 yr old BX- I need it to get the 40p a mile which pays for its existence.........what was the current insurers objection to it?
