Well the lure of hydraulic citroens has bitten again. I've just brought a bargain basement BX 17rd off e-bay. Very short tax and test and a few obvious faults but an honest car it seems (havent picked it up yet but will report in more detail when do)
Will be fun, my last BX was a phase 1 16v, wish me luck, Im all excited.
Agghhh Brought a BX on e-bay.

Got every MOT for my ZX, says Citroen on 90% of them. Also on that subject when did it start being pronounced 'Cit-run' or 'Cit-ron' here as opposed to 'Cit-ro-en' as its supposed to be and still is in France?
Also a rant at large percentage of cars on Ebay.......never heard of car shampoo, hot water and a sponge?......even worse when seller puts in write up 'could benefit form thorough valet' grrrr. Same goes for some Autotrader pics too!!!!! Rant over.

No offence but the irony of making a spelling mistake yourself I found rather amusing (ther!).

I drove all the way up the coast a couple of years ago to see a TZD the bloke was convinced it was a TD, the car looked fine until you opened the bonnet...yup N/A he then said "Well it goes very well" so I said "Get it alongside this one, if you can keep up I will buy it" indicating old GTITD thing, he lost interest, were TZDs ever sold with the N/A 1.9 motor? or was it because muppets blew up the original motors?
