XSARA....NOISE from the front when driving

Xsara 2.0 Estate. I have a noise coming from the front of the car something similar to a tyre with a bulge etc.... I have changed the tyers from another zara and the noise is still there. anyone have any thoughts on what it could be?

is it a high pitch noise or low pitch , I justing think along lines of pads rubbing/rumbling . Could it be a bearing , could be rubber bush on suspension . Hard to tell with out age of car.
