Citroen AX - cold start problem

Hi,
I have cold start problem. I can't start driving immediately.
I am waiting 5-10 minutes before driving. If I try to start immediately the car is chocked, with rich mixture.
When I push the accelerator pedal the engine starts to shake.
I've checked the coolant temperature sensor. But it is ok.
