Hi all
Have got a 1996 406GLXTD. Up to 70mph the noise intrusion from the engine is fairly minimal. Above 70mph there is a noticeable rise in engine noise but not to the point where you have to speak in raised voices or cannot hear the radio. Had a Xantia before this with same engine and that was quiet all the way to 100mph. Have been told this is the norm in 406's but would be interested in any feed back.
