Replacing Fuel Cover on 306

Replacing Fuel Cover on 306

Does anyone know how to replace the fuel cover (the metal bit on the body)? I've looked at it and can't figure out how am I going to take out the old one to put a new one on. Its XTDT if it helps.

Come on guys someone here must know how to do it?
I'm talking about fuel flap cover!!!
