Movement of the suspension changing height

Hi, when i move the suspension lever between different positions the car doesn't move smoothly between heights, for example it won't move when switching from the lowest level to the normal, i replaced the rear suspensions 3 weeks ago and it does it since then, i tried to move it between different levels few times but no difference, any ideas?? thanks alot
