AX rear axil

A rear stub axil has broken on my 1995 AX diesel and I need to replace the complete rear axil.
Would the axil off of a G reg AX GT fit?

If your AX has 3 stud wheels, the GT axle should fit OK, but the suspension height may be incorect.
Why not just replace the stub axle pin? They are no longer available from Citroen but we have plenty here at Andyspares for £39.00.
