More wheels..... Balancing.

Ok, asked about paint, but its crossed my mind about balancing the wheels. The 504 wheels don't have a centre hub hole like modern pugs. They have a small square hole, in which the hub cab screws on to. How does the tyre fitter slide these wheels on to the balancing machine?
