xm abs sensor

does anyone know the pin numbers on the ecu for the abs sensors on a 1995 xm 2.5?my mot is due in two weeks and i have the dreaded abs light on.

Is it the same ECU as on Series 1 ?

Maybe if nothing else works it might be worth pulling the plugs on the abs module and replacing them. It took a few days for my lights/led to start flashing/beeping again and it does the proper start up routine. I don't know if this is a common work around though or just a fluke on my car [;)]

If the ECU is the same as my 1994 Series 1 then you can check each wheel as follows :
Take the cable connector off the ECU. At the top end of the connector you will see 4 pairs of terminals.
From the top down they are:
Left hand front
Right hand rear
Right hand front
Left hand rear

The set up on a 96 model is as follows:

H29 ABS warning lamp
S13 Brake pedal position (BPP) switch
X1 Data link connector (DLC)
A16 Electronic control unit (ECU)
F Fuse
Y22 Hydraulic modulator
K38 System relay
B19 Wheel speed sensor, left front
B21 Wheel speed sensor, left rear or single
B20 Wheel speed sensor, right front
B22 Wheel speed sensor, right rear

This ABS wiring diagram's very helpful - thanks!!!!![:)] Does Jon (admin) or another chappie know if 93-97 ABS-fitted Xantias are likely to use the same circuit - its not shown in the Xantia's B.O.L!!!!![?]
