Xantia front not rising

I have a fella who wants to buy the part of the suspension that controls the height of the front suspension from me.
What bit is he after? He states that the front of the car is at its lowest and will not rise when he starts the car.
I am not sure myself which bit he wants, can anyone help?

Hi Adam,
I should think he means the front height controller, but if I were you I'd point out that there are a number of other reasons that the suspension won't work [;)]
