paint code

i'm looking for the paint code on my '99 106 quik, i know its on the sticker inside the drivers door, but not sure wgich one of the 6 possibles it could be.

usually a 3 or 4 letter code. IE mines powp.

Should be a series of three letters. Unfortunately, Peugeot often chuck a letter or two on the end just to confuse things. For example, my 2001 reg 406 has KRTC printed on the sticker but you just ignore the 'C' and I used to come across EWPES regularly in a former job but EWP was the code required. www.rmpaint.net is a really useful site for checking paint codes.

the other letter(s) is the trim code. i think a quiksilver is either MOYC or EYCER

they changed the location of the paint/trim code from the strut top to the tyre pressure sticker at the drivers door around 99 model so it may be either or.

mine has a sticker inside the drivers door, phoned my local paint supplier this morning, told me it is the 4 letter code on the sticker, mine is EYCC platinum silver (8 different shades), apparently the 4th letter regards the type of finish on the paint.
