2.0 ct related problem

Message relates to a xantia activa but I knoe the engine was also in the xm.
I have a power problem ie no rapid acceleration.
no permant fault light so stumpped .
Any suggestions???

Any other indications ?
Like a whistling sound, start problems etc ?

I have been to a garage and they say turbo jammed or knackered.
