Is there not also a 1.4D? available on the AX?

Yes there was a 14D.
Not forgetting 2cv 425/602 and GS/GSA 1015/1130/1220/1299 ! Oh, and all the engines in the CX and the DS.

I tink there was an old 2.5D - non turbo probably commercial

Wasn't there a 1.8 D/TD as well - aka the ones used in Rover 2/400's ?

technically its a fiat engine but there is a 2.8 HDi fitted to the citroen Relay van.

What about the 2.7 V6 HDI? I know Jaguar has it at the moment buts its a Peugeot / Citroen lump at the end of the day

There was a 2.3 in turbo and non-turbo form. A great engine with a chain driven camshaft. Could produce 42mpg.

2.3D as in the 505/sierra,or is that the engine above?I think it was a Massarati(?) engine,but was it the SM that had a 2.7V6?
