Interchangable parts

Does anybody know of a list of parts that are interchangable between Peugeot/Citroen, and bits of Ford, Rover, LDV and so on? Practical classics magazine has recently done this for older cars. I currently need a new glow plug relay box, but my Pug dealer doesn't want to know as my 504 is rather old! Its the blue Paris Rhone type, so I need to know is it the same for e.g. Talbot Express 2.5D van? or 505? Ford Sierra?

There didn't appear to be any numbers on it, I dont have the Haynes diesel manual to hand, but I do recall there are only two types for it when they changed from 9v to 11v heater plugs. .... I think!
I might have to traul the scrappy for a pickup truck but they seem in short supply too. thanks
