MOT PASS!!!!!!!!!

Post by wrinklet1 »

Hi all,
I took my Xantia TD for its MOT today, didnt do anything to it except replace a steering gaiter and run the car on a ratio of 10L vegi oil to £15 Diesel mixture. Did this for a couple of weeks (A tried and tested thing done over the last 3 years). everything was okay, except that the emmisions test result was up on last year at 0.8ppm to last years result of 0.5ppm. The car has its original injectors too.

I'd rather have teeth pulled then the MOT. It's always put the fear of God into me. Then again I don't know why I haven't had a major fail in nearly 15 years. It's always "you'll need a new tyre in the next 6 months or so mate" kind of thing.
