Peugeot 306 glow plugs

Post by Rhothgar »

Hi There
I have my car stripped down at the mo. 306XLD on P plate.
The car factors could not identify which glow plugs I would need.
I believe the engine to be XUD9A.
I have some Champion CH68 and some Champion CH163 glow plugs.
The ones in at the mo are Bosch and have the following stamps:-
995 in an ellipse border follwed by 665 (no border) underneath them it says 0 250 201 039.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Both probe lengths and diameters are the same! Insulators both red on Champions and black on Bosch.
PLEASE HELP!
Thank you in anticipation of getting swift response so I can get job done.
Cheers
Roger

It looks like the champion will both do. The NGK plug recommended is Y-902R, the Beru 909MJ and the Welled W631. This might be confirmed by one of the GSF posters. The Bosch number is the long one -025021039.
