Hydraulic pump - no pulley!

The pulley on this came off this morning! well, when i say it came off, the spokes and centre are still on there, but the grooved bit where the belt runs has flown off! sheared well and truly off on the motorway. can i replace this part without replacing the whole hydraulic pump? the pumps cost over £140 from GSF.

scrap pump go to scrappy and get one

Pump pulleys are next to impossible replacing DIY.

I wouldn't even try replacing the pulley without knowing why it sheared. Is the pump seized?
