Hi - can anyone tell me what the warning light to the right of the ABS light is, mine's been flashing at switch-on but extinguishes when i drive off. Coud it be the infamous water-in-fuel light and if so how do i fix it??

Is it amberish and like a cyberman's head? If so, you have to drain the water/fuel out of the bottom of the filter unit. If the filter hasn't been replaced in a while it is worthwhile doing that too.

The light to the right of my ABS is the battery charge, but mine isn't a '95 model. If the light is orange with a white circle surrounded by two dotted white arcs, then it's the front pad sensor.

If it is the 'water in fuel' warning, don't be surprised if there isn't any water in the fuel! The sensors are notoriously unreliable - I've disconnected mine, and regularly check the filter housing the old fashioned way.

Sound like the low engine oil level light. On mine,i have the abs light(org)batt light(red)then the oil level light. When mine gets a little low,or if your parked at a steep angle,it will flash for about 10 secs when you start up,then go off.It comes on on mine when the engine oil goes below the normal?middle mark on the dip stick.
