Clio heater probs

Hi
The heater on my '95 clio oasis turns itself on and off, that adjusting the temperature knob sometimes switches it back on other times it won't work at all. Any ideas what the prob could be with this intermittent fault.

Sounds like there is something loose in the control switch. You could get some cleaner from Maplin and try that. I would be looking for a scrap.
