xsara hdi front exhaust section

Just a note to Xsara hdi owners, I needed a new front section for my exhaust which includes the cat converter, this would have been about £170 with the VAT, I decided to get a custom stainless steel section fitted instead (without cat) fitted at a place called longlife exhausts in Leeds- cost £130 all in so quite a saving and the turbocharger spools up much much earlier and car feels much livelier. Their customer service was superb and if anyone is considering doing what I did I would definately go for it. The guy even dropped me and her in doors off in Leeds centre to do shopping and picked us up later on! Excellent!

I had same fault on my hdi xsara , seems to be common problem on the front pipe, If it goes again I may give your idea some thoaght.
