cd changer error code

I have 6cd changer Clarion,made for citroen.It is showing cdrac er2
and wont eject or load.How do I fix it?

On the CD chnager there should be a manual CD casette eject button. Usualy under a piece of sticky paper or label. You'll need a small screw driver for this. Un plug the unit an lift the lable. Push down or along untill the casette ejects. Now refit the CD changer, power up the unit a fit the casette with a CD. It should now play.

I had to dismantle the cd changer and manouver the cartridge out by hand.I then connected cd changer up to Head and pressed cd .it said empty.I loaded it up and Bingo!It now plays fine.I think I had put Two Cd's into one pocket and this was the problem.Thank you for your advice.
