car immobilised.dealer £445 to replace chip in pump.PLEASE HELP can chip be removed completely will it then start.How do i [email protected]

mail sent about removing / activating fuel pump. Not sure about immobiliser shutting anything else off. Hopefully someone else can confirm for you.
