I'd love to see Stickyfingers do some remodeling work on that to make it either a 'blue'bell or a tired daily or maybe a pimped up VTS convertion

I can do that for you Jim, do we need to do a LHD/RHD conversion ?.......and it will need the wheels reworked.

Another Tuesday evening and another wet 10K run

For this one I travelled all the way to Coombe Abbey Country Park near Coventry. It was an awesome event, despite the rain, and well worth the travel to get there. I love the place and have ran there several times in the past as it offers a nice mix of tarmac and trail running in woodland and meadow...

As usual, the M45 looked deserted, even during rush hour. That motorway is an amazing timewarp and should be preserved as a listed monument to remind us all of how motorways once were! Even the M1 seemed quite quiet given the day of the week and the time...

That's very iconic Neil and a shame it's no longer, I believe, in use... I do hope it's listed... Brutalist motorway architecture at its very best

What a treat for the lift tourist, and others like me who like a bit of unusualness. The original lift cars were apparently pentagonal, and hopefully the refurbishment has maintained that little bit of uniqueness.

It does appear to be listing

It was in use when I was there a few years back, my cousin lives nearby (Heysham).

Celebrations continue tomorrow when I celebrate being Run Director at parkrun for the 50th time and celebrate my son-in-law's birthday
