Alfa Romeo Spider 1600 Duetto

"The Graduate"

Remember the car he drove and that is from when the film was first released - haven't seen it since.

Oddly enough I worked with a Danish guy who imported one into Sweden from Italy and the Swedish MOT people made him change the wooden rimmed steering wheel as it could splinter in a crash and cause further injuries.

Looking up the Duetta on wiki, and out springs this rather gorgeous looking vehicle worth an airing here

Its a 1960 Alfa Romeo Superflow IV

We often drive home on a Sunday night to the strains of "The Great American Songbook" on Smooth radio. Yes and tonight we had amongst other things...."Mrs Robinson" by Simon and Garfunkel.
