Have you tried spinning yours over for AGES like 40 turns???

Because its taking TOO long to build fuel rail pressure up is my guess .. I wont know till I put my Lexia on mine tomorrow morning

yea theres some cheep pumps on ebay the pressure regs are quite dear what made me laugh i could have bought an engine with pump on it for same price!
whens last time you done ur injector seals?
mine are shot propper gunked up the sides thats a job on priority list
i swear im using two stroke everytime after this pump swap!

taffy,mine fired in middle of france after about 100.. last week.. I had nothing to lose really

odd.. was turning over fast and would have given up in any normal car ..

40 now is a luxury.. 100 isn't..

I want 5 again,., miss it ;(

Three injectors Ive NEVER done, one gave out beginning of the year, so I swapped that one over on its own, other wise never touched them!

well im just working this out in me head...she turns over on average bout 250 rpm so thats about 25-30 seconds?
well at least she fired mate!
i will have to have a go but i dont think my battery could do 100


yea im same paul i swapped the one gearbox end without changing the seals (bad really) and thats the worst one...others need doing thou...

went to scrappy this morning...no one about really cause it was pissing it down
got two pumps with regulators fuel filter housing two pressure sensors glow plug control unit and spare plugs and fuses
lmao cost me ten quid!!
he didnt see the bag my mate was carrying and only paid for one pressure sensor!
now just have to pray they work but its pissing it down and i need to find a tarpaulin lol!!
how lucky was i today lol

well pump on diddnt need to remove cam belt ( dont worry ive checked it lol) pully and aux belt and wheel bk on...just engine bay now...1 hr and i should know
