Rp0thejester wrote: 14 Oct 2024, 19:11 I'll grab some photos tomorrow, I'm determined to fix her as I have 1 car and 0 roadworthy at the moment. That means Matt's 7 cars and 2 roadworthy, percentage wise, is beating me!!!
Woohoo! It's a hollow victory to be honest! :-D

Sorry I've nothing definitely constructive to add.

Rough ideas:
- split rear section from DPF to reduce weight that's is fighting you?
- daft question, but you are attempting to hold both ends of it? I.e. nut and the "ball end" both. Think is 10 mm hex on both ends. The bolt will spin in the recess in the exhaust flange.
- nut splitter to disable the nut without caring if it spins?

Mick, why are you running up a strimmer head? Using what I would call a variable resistor?

There's a bit more than just the pot in the blue box but that's to allow it to handle 4kW without melting! As to why that is part of the ongoing guessing game!! :-D

Is it to control the speed of your electric jack?

I'm not good with electrics but wattage is to do with power drawn?? So that makes me think it's gonna be under load at some point. So I'm thinking....tyre inflator!!
