Can anyone say it's definitely this at fault the car was sat without battery during the winter then this all happened

It would be really hard to say 100% without being hands on myself. Assuming you have done the checks correctly then it looks like a failed hydraulic block/pump.
The pump may have seized due to age an with lack of use.

If it has failed wound it cause all them faults like airbag etc

Certainly the power steering & speedo faults, not so sure about the airbag though, could be unrelated.

Can I ask why the power sterring wound be related to the abs pump/ecu ???

The road speed information comes from the ABS, the power steering system needs to see road speed information to operate correctly as the level of steering assistance changes depending on vehicle speed.
