That seems to be about installing inside a VM. You're running it natively, aren't you?

I really don't know. The only thing I can suggest is, if you have an anti-virus program running to disable it temporarily. I had to do that when I reinstalled Diagbox although I didn't get that error message.

Well Im now beside myself... I went to https://www.easydiagnostics.co.uk/ as it seems to be recommended by lots of members - tried to call 4 times - no response but at least phone rang and purchased this product https://www.easydiagnostics.co.uk/produ ... a-vehicles

since I had so many problems installing on Windows XP and chatGPT said that Diagbox 9.186 would install fine on Windows 11 machines....I followed the video instructions EXACTLY and on the very last step I noticed that the PSA VCI driver was still in iso form... not to worry i extracted and installed it and unfortunately it doesnt recognise my full chip 921815C clone....

I guess i will try to call them until someone hopefully eventually answers.

Jim from easydiagnostics is a true legend.... I wrote him an email and he explained that the telephone system didnt take calls from places they dont ship to (Im in Switzerland). Then he gave me the kind of support that I certainly never expected... i will install 7.57 on windows 11 and lets see if I can get the cursed thing up and runniing.

But safe to say that Jim and easydiagnostics have saved me from crushing frustration at the very least and I could only highly recommend them.
