Off-side and near-side suffer from the same problem. It would be better if everyone could adopt the manufacturers' (I think most, if not all) convention of Left and Right as viewed from standing behind the vehicle. I try to do this in all situations.
As I get older I think a lot about the hereafter - I go into a room and then wonder what I'm here after.

Yeah you're right Civvie, the driver is on the left as I'm from Slovenia. Thank you Estately, I've already opened the motor case and checked the magnet position, but I'll do it again when I find the thread about this here on the forum. I agree, I have nothing to lose.

One more thing,
I've unplugged the battery of the car and then disconnected the right wiper motor. But since I've done this many times, eventually one time I forgot to unplug the car battery, so it looks like the wipers reset. The right wiper is still not working properly (moves only a couple of cm), but the left, which worked normally before, is now working at only two speeds, no matter how I turn the position in the car. The fast position is not working. How is it possible to fix this? I've tried to unplug the car battery again, but the issue stays.

Try a proper reset - unlpugging the battery is not a good idea without following the procedure and can lead to electrical issues: BSI Reset / Battery Disconnect / Reconnect Procedure
