Not worth the effort mate....it will get all tied up and I was not their customer or the owner then.....this is the problem that gives them all a get out.

So, I have written to the good Lady who heads up Citroen, we shall see what transpires but I'm not holding my breath if her staff are anything to go by.

regardless of who was/is the owner now they should have picked up on it, and if they have any morals should do the right thing,

its there agents that have failed there duties
