3 mins at idle and 15 seconds at fast idle.. I cant imagine the 1 and 4 are doing much work at all!?
The measured and desired fuel pressure values follow each other well.. which may mean the HP pump is ok.. and the LP too.

I believe you can get rebuild kits for the turbo John, with everything critical already done...
