Group number 2) Redundant brake signal circuit. The brake switch has 2 sets of contacts. Primary and redundant. The primary circuit switches the brake lights on and off. Easy to tell if that's not working. Redundant circuit, this tells the rest of the car that the brakes have been activated. Used by the cruise control, engine ECU and the auto box. You did not say if the car was a manual or auto. Not really that important but could be annoying. If the car is an auto, from time to time you might not be able to get the shifter out of park!
A very Common fault. Just replace the brake switch.

One comment I have on this one - I have found before that sometimes the problem isn't a faulty switch, but that movement isn't quite enough to trigger both sets of contacts, but only one. So adjustment (bending the bracket slightly!) is all that's needed, rather than replacing the switch.

Can the OP just confirm, can you talk to the ABS ecu with diagnostics? if not you need to start here. Checking power supplies & earths to the ABS unit as per the wiring diagram.

Also does the car definitely still count miles as you drive?

Hi no it don't count the Miles when I drive and ok I'm going to check the power supply and earth.please can you confirm what wire I'm load testing and also the location of the abs ecu is it attached to the abs block ??? Thanks

I did ask this at the beginning & you said they did count up?? This was quite confusing.

The ABS ecu is the unit attached to the ABS block with the big electrical connector.
Check for battery voltage at the power supplies previously mentioned, also check that these supplies can light a 12v bulb (at least 21w).
The earth, check the resistance to the battery negative terminal & also check that a 12v bulb will light using this earth.
If you have good supplies & earths i would suspect the ABS ecu has died. I would imagine the CAN lines are OK as the car still starts.

Oh! I forgot the P0135.
This is a bank 1 sensor 1 heater circuit failure. This one is probably true. The oxy sensor heaters are quite prone to failure and this failure will bring on the engine light.
This particular sensor sits in the top of the exhaust manifold.
Failure of the heater will not effect the operation of the sensor or the engine.

I, personally, have found that the contacts develop high resistance because there isn't enough current flowing through the contacts to keep them clean. I have pulled the switch apart and cleaned those contacts with fine grit sandpaper. If you pull the switch apart you will find that he primary contacts are big and beefy to take the current load of the light bulbs. But the redundant contacts are quite tiny because there is virtually no load on them as they only drive electronics.
However, you don't need bend the bracket if you want more compression on the switch. The switch can be removed and the plunger on the end of the switch pulled out a few "clicks". The plunger is self adjusting, it pushes in relatively easily but it's a bit harder to pull out, but it will pull outwards.

If you get a used one off the same spec of car same age, gearbox & wheel size etc it wont need programmed.

Hi so I finally managed to test all the pins you suggested and all had over 12v and a good earth do you think I should replace the abs pump

Cant see the pic either however the number you need to match is usually a long number starting with 96.
There are some configurations that may need done if the unit came of a car with a different spec from yours like transmission type & wheel size.
