No, nothing to do with that you don't have any keyless antennae as I mentioned previously - you only have hands free starting not access.
It may be for non-installed equipment.

Hands-free starting means as long as you have the fob in the detection zone of the dash aerial you can start the vehicle by pressing the start / stop button.
This system locks and unlocks the steering wheel electronically and has the key reader as a backup (as discussed in the other thread you created).
Optional Hands-free access utilises additional aerials throughout the vehicle and special sensors in the door handles to allow unlocking / locking of the vehicle in addition to hands-free starting when carrying the fob within detection zone. You don't have Hands-free access fitted on your vehicle, just starting.

That won't be compatible with your existing system. I really think you need to get your other electrical gremlins resolved before adding anything else to the vehicle.... or this is going to add problems.
