Struggling to find these halogen headlights for my ds5 13plate the the ref nos are 9806093180 and 9806093280 does any of the members out there know of any possible suppliers your help and knowledge would be most helpful (GB)

You won't get these from any other suppliers other than Citroen / DS as they are bespoke units, unless you can find them second hand.

Thanks MARC it looks like it might be expensive at £1000+ will be looking for second hand i think here's hoping

It's essential you use those specific part numbers to search on and not make model and vehicle / year, because there are multiple variations of DS5 lights that changed on build dates and second hand supplier databases are notoriously bad.

I found a left lamp here with a broken clip for £90

Hi just ordered new halogen headlights for my 13 plate ds5 dstyle auto .is it necessary to remove the front bumper to remove the old and fit the new lights

Yes to gain access the bumper needs to come off. Don't forget you'll need to reconfigure the BSI and also the Engine Fuse Box - specifically the lighting options or you will very likely end up with faults all the time and possible a malfunction.

Cheers MARC took your advice and have purchased a pair of halogen headlights from citroen ds parts Swindon shipping 4 to 6 weeks as they have to import them £408 each had been £508 so bit of a saving thanks again MARC for all your help and guidance. GEOFF

What are you doing with the remains of the old Xenon/LED headlights? Is there a project for someone (ahem) there?
As I get older I think a lot about the hereafter - I go into a room and then wonder what I'm here after.

Hi Paul R you interested in the lights both complete all fittings including zenon bulbs and balasts no broken tabs all good

I am. I'm not sure what I'd do with them and there might be some awkward conversations at home!

If anyone had a real reason to need them I would defer of course.

Hi ANY MEMBER OUT THERE INTERESTED IN THESE LIGHTS WERE SENT AS A REPLACEMENT FOR MY DS5 DAMAGED ONES BUT THEY SENT ZENONS INSTEAD OF HALOGEN WHICH IS WHAT I REQUIRED BUT BUY THE TIME I GOT SOMEONE TO FIT THEM I COULDN'T SEND THEM BACK SO STUCK WITH THEM £750 COST BUT WILL SELL FOR A QUICK SALE £550 OR OFFERS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION REGARDS (GEOFF)
