Hi.
I know this thread is quite old now but a couple of things to bear in mind, sorry if its already been covered.
Is the coolant at the correct mix of distilled water and anitfreeze (OAT) as antifreeze raises the boiling point of pure water, Also is the coolant expansion tank pressure filler cap OK? Both of these items can give a false overheat and they will be lower than the warning on the dash!
