No Satellites Issue

This unit is the MyWay system, also referred to as RNEG, made by Harman Becker.
Main Features: Also referred to as RNEG, the MyWay colour satellite navigation system, has SD card, integrated European mapping, live trafic information, voice guidance and graphics in 2D or aerial perspective & it features a Bluetooth® system (Bluetooth phone compatibility only - no Bluetooth Audio Streaming).

I managed to resolve my problem with No Satellites.

I replaced the base and antenna with the used base from another car. It worked!

Marc, do you have a new SW update for my car, and do you have new MAPS for Eastern-Europe? Pls My maps are from 2018

MY Citroen c4 2011 NAV is: RNEG 2.86.B.1 CD Number 8980

Ok - my advice is if you have an RT6 and are on V2.86 - leave it. If you upgrade the firmware you risk losing ALL your configuration settings and locking out the unit into secure mode that may need a dealer unlock via PSA servers.

I don't have mapping software - you'll have to source that from PSA or elsewhere, but glad you have resolved your aerial situation :wink:
